These callus cushions are very effective in relieving my chronic foot pain, due to calluses on the balls of both feet. I can often get two days worth of wear out of them. The adhesive is quite strong, and they will even stay on in the shower. The extra thickness allows me a break from constantly scraping, shaving, and grinding down both calluses, which never seem to go away.
