Excellent quality pad for bunions or other foot issues that require a cushion. In my case, I had to surround a ganglion cyst sitting on top of a nerve.The thickness provides excellent protection to the area and, with it being open (as opposed to a closed pad), there is no adhesion area that sticks to the affected area irritating it. The adhesion keeps the pad snuggly attached, while letting you take it off and put it back on as needed. I've been able to use the same pad multiple days in a row with no loss of adhesion. Shoes are able to fit comfortably over the pad without undue pressure on the area.
