I've probably used them 10 times now on sharp rocks, round rocks, slimy rocks, all rocks all the time and then the mile or two walk to and from the car. They've held up well and they stay secure. Get the same size as the shoes you wear unlike other manufacturers that recommend a size larger.Overall a good boot. Easy to put on over wader. Loop on back helps pull boot up. Lacing loops at top assist in holding lace while tightening it. Felt sole great for walking on rocks and gravel in stream. Warning: felt soles on all wader boots are like skis on a muddy stream bank. Have fallen more than once in mud.To all on the fence. Frog toggs has been in the fishing biz for a very long time. They don't get the top shelves in the shops because the other brands demand it. These boots are totally a good buy. I am more than an avid fisherman and I have used these boots in warm, cold water fresh and salt and hiked in them and im totally happy with them.Be advised most boots ask you to size up. I would buy your size unless your an in-between size. Im an 11.25 witch doesn't exist so I got a 12. I still have a little wiggle room. Hope this helps. These boots look nice but have several flaws. First of all the are quite oversize. I am a size 9.5 and I ordered size 10 which is the size boot I replaced. They are at least a size larger. They are also quite bulky and have a thick sole. I haven't got them in the creek yet and I am considering sending them back. I tried them on with the neoprene waders and heavy socks and they are still loose. Would not recommend these for walking in the creek.Just received these today and was concerned about the fit so I tried them right away! They fit perfect and I’m ready for fishing. Will write more after trying them in the water!!They did what they were supposed to do, keep me from slipping on rocks and steady (well, with me, somewhat steady). great value..Used 2X’s so far and I have no complaints. We see how they do come duck seasonI always write Wish it was made here, in the headline maybe its me and I miss something but I don't always see where a product is manufactured. Sometimes the name is deceiving and I think the product is made in USA then when I receive it I find that it was made overseas. that being said, the Frogg Toggs Anura II Technical Wading Shoe is very well built and worth the money I wear an 8 1/2 and bought a size 9 fits perfect wore them 3 times in streams and they worked well. They seem well made. No complaints. I you take a size 10 shoe, buy that size boot. They are big enough to fit your waders in.The boots fit very well, sizing was perfect. I was salmon fishing the Margaree River in Cape Breton, the felts were great, no issues at all, highly recommend this product when used with the waders made by the same company!Great product!
