These are soft felt pieces, like one would get in craft stores- not stiff backed at all. Its a nice soft felt, if that is what you are looking for.These felt sheets are yet another item I purchased without any specific need for them. However once I received them I found more than a few helpful uses for them. Of course you put them on the bases of items that could possibly scratch a table top which is what most people use them for. They also make wonderful drawer liners, line in jewelry boxes for instance or any type of box used to store items you wish to protect, such as silverware. They can also be used as simple display mat for small statues or whatever. Once you get them just look around your home and like me you'll be surprised at the many uses you can find for them. Just make sure you have a sharp pair of scissors and tacky glue for certain types of projects.i used this to make the leaves on my dress for Halloween! feel like standard felt, not too rough or soft, and it’s not to thin either. it was really easy to use and cut, and I still have a lot left over.The "Acrylic Felt Sheet 9" X 12": 25 PCS, Ivory" was lovely! It come in a perfect thickness that was soft to the touch. The color was a true ivory and looked and felt high quality. I used it to make a wreath and cut several circles from one sheet. When cutting, I had no problems with fraying or separation and after pinning the circles onto my wreath form, the felt filled it out nicely and looked great! Plus, I had half a package left over to do more crafts with. And I've already purchased several other colors and they've all been wonderful.Really happy with these quality craft felt sheets. Perfect for a number of projects.I recently purchased this felt for my plushie/ doll making since my craft store nearby ran out.I have to say I really like the results.The felt is very soft, the coloring is almost similar to a light cream. So, its a bit lighter than the photo here on amazon. Behaves the same way any acrylic felt does if you've used this type of felt before. Each sheet is a bit thicker than I thought so it looks like there are more than 25 in a pack.I do wish however this felt pack was part of the super free shipping deal of amazon like the other felt bundle packs(i.e the pastel and primary colors bundles). More people would save a lot of money on shipping that way.Overall I think I will be buying this again when I run out.I love this felt. It's super soft and easy to work with. I wish it was sold in a smaller bulk pack or by the sheet. I only needed two squares, but now I have more for future projects!I was quite satisfied with the quality of the felt, altho I was hoping it would be a little heavier. The sheets of felt were cut very exactly making it easy to double or triple the thicknees.
