Fits my 11 year old well. It’s perfect for a pink-out dress up day at school, however the hat arrived dirty. I’m not sure if it was dirty to begin with, or if it got dirty from the packaging. Disappointed, but will have to make do.Loved this hat and glasses set for my trip to nashville. Was perfect and feathers did not fall off.
