I have wanted a Fez ever since I first saw Sidney Greenstreet wear one in Casablanca. Now that I am Greenstreet's age and build, I decided to purchase one. It arrived quickly and it is made of top quality materials and construction. It fits me perfectly in both size and appearance. If you want a Fez, this one will not disappoint.The wool felt is of a nice quality. The fez is unlined and has a wide, stitched leather sweatband band, as well as vent holes in the top. 2XL is 62 for European heads and 7 3/4 U.S. hat size. It could probably fit a 7 7/8 by riding a little higher.The color is a deep maroon, and looks like the picture on Amazon.The hat was packed well, shipped quickly from China, and while it came a little squared-off out of the box, the hat returned to its proper cylindrical shape on being placed on my head.Overall, the quality is below that of say, a Stetson, but it is an excellent value for the price.I was impressed that the product was well constructed. I wish a tassel was optional in adding to the Fez.This head piece is of a hi quality thick and durableI’m look absolutely ridicules and I fn love itThis fez is made of high-quality materials. I wear it frequently and often in less than ideal conditions. In its short life, it's seen a bit of abuse. It's held its shape and still looks great. Even when spending an hour in the heat and smoke from a BBQ, I was surprised to note that it didn't retain any of the smoky aromas.This was a gift for my nephew. He tried it on immediately and checked himself in the mirror. It was a hit.Happy w my maroon fez. Once I get a tassel and right pin. I will be the Sheik of Araby!Very goodPerfect fit and exactly what I expected! Good material too.
